All benefits, as described below, are provided to SARES•REGIS Group full-time employees, working regularly scheduled hours of 30 hours or more per week. Eligibility is the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.
For medical benefits, employees have the choice of 2 HMOs. The Deductible HMO is provided at no cost to the employee. The Traditional HMO requires an employee contribution for part of the premium.
The balance of the benefits (except vision) are provided at no cost to employees, however employees who choose to cover their family members must pay the full cost of medical and dental premiums for their dependents. Vision coverage is optional and paid by the employee. All premiums are paid through before-tax payroll deductions. All employees are eligible for the 401(k) benefit.
