Pet Policy
Cats and small dogs welcome. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. Dogs must weigh 30 pounds or less. Additional charges per pet are as follows: Cat: $300 pet deposit + $30 pet rent; Dog: $500 pet deposit + $30 pet rent.
